“We Shine” - International Nurses Day Celebration Highlights
Luye Medical group celebrated the 110th International Nurses Day by honouring nurses and acknowledging their dedication. Through a series of online and offline activities, our colleagues across APAC shared their thoughts, ideas, view and beliefs that gained from daily work, which helped each other deepen the understanding of the pride and responsibilities of their amazing job.

The theme for IND 2021 is ‘Nurses: A Voice to Lead - A vision for future healthcare’. As we can see, nurses, the largest health profession, not only support the diagnosis process and help patients recover optimal health, but also meet diversified needs by providing quality nursing care and creating optimal healing environment, thus shaping the future of healthcare. Therefore, on the occasion of IND, we support the nurses by all means to create a healthier world.
Let’s take a quick look at the events:
In Yantai, Luye Medical China, iris Shi, Vice President of Operations and Director of Quality and Safety, called on nurses to empathize with patients, constantly improve themselves, and inherit the spirit of Nightingale.Yu Enjie, Deputy Nursing Director of the New Hongqiao Hospital Project, expressed his sincere gratitude to the colleagues who had always been kind and caring towards the nursing team.In the capping ceremony, each new nurse received a cap and a candle from the matron. With these symbols of selfless dedication, they started their clinical journey.Several nurses were awarded for their meritorious service.
Mindfront Health (China) colleagues in Xi'an, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Australia held an online session as a tribute to, and celebration for the nursing team.Patrick McGurrin, Chief Clinical Service Officer of Mindfront Health (China), said that nurses play a vital role in mental health, and "patient-centered" nursing teams will be a blessing for patients, and greatly benefit institutions and themselves as well.
The audience listened enthralled as Clara Luo, Senior Manager of Nursing at Mindfront Health (China), unfolded her tales "Psychiatric Nurses’ Top 10 Moments" and "Eight Skills” that unveiled the mystery of psychiatric nurses and broke stereotypes.
Three nursing colleagues from Guangzhou, Xi'an and Shenzhen clinics shared three phases of their “career evolution" – “Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow”, in hopes that the new nurses growing together as a team.
Mindfront Health (China) colleagues, enjoyed a “cloud” psychological relaxation, where they felt care for others and themselves.

Tang Dekai, CEO, Mindfront Health (China) called on everyone to create a friendly working environment, where the nurses’ contribution is recognized, their value gets respected, and learing opportunities are offered.
Diao Haipeng, Chairman of Luye Medical (China) made a gracious speech of thanks to the nurses, echoing the “Together, we create the future” theme. He encouraged the nurses to put themselves in patients’ shoes for better outcomes.

Mindfront Health Team Shared Secrets of Happiness with United Family Healthcare
Nurses have always have been playing a broad and far-reaching role at the forefront of change in health care and public health. They help people and their families cope with illness, deal with it, so that other parts of their lives can continue.
On the occasion of International Nurses Day, Clara Luo, Senior Manager of Nursing at Mindfront Health (China) and a mental health specialist, was invited by United Family Healthcare to hold a panel titled “Steps Toward Happiness You Can Take”, sharing her insights into several topics including: How to treat happiness dialectically? How can we become aware of happiness and be a happy nurse.
