Luye Young Talents Riding the Winds and Breaking the Waves—Accelerated Talent Development Program Launched in Luye Pharma China

 

Luye Pharma China has recently launched a special Talent Training Program targeting young employees. The program will  recruit a group of high-potential people who are eager to grow.  A series of challenging training programs will be designed for them that aims to accelerate their growth, so as to meet the future needs of the company's international development.

The program has two stages including  comprehensive and objective evaluation and high-intensity training. Candidates who pass the evaluation will receive 2-year customized training to achieve personal leap-forward growth and will gain more career growth opportunities.

Currently the program has attracted enthusiastic attentions and received more than 300 applications internally. Series of presentations have been successfully held in some China offices. With more than 300 contestants are being evaluated and selected now, it is expected that 50 young employees will be finalized by the end of July and their dream trips along with Luye will soon start.

 

The mid-year summary meeting of Luye Diagnostics successfully held
Luye Diagnostic held a mid-year summary meeting in Yantai on July 22-23. Mr. Liu Dianbo, Chairman of Luye Life Science Group, and Mr. Lin Yuan, CEO of Luye Diagnostics attended the event and delivered speeches. In addition to summarizing and reviewing the development of the diagnostic business, the meeting also conducted HR, compliance, and brand-related training for employees.
