In the past two months, Luye colleagues around the world  celebrated the New Year with a variety of fun and meaningful activities. Let’s take a look back at those joyful moments.

The team in the U.S. organized a warm New Year gathering, where everyone sat together in joyful conversation. Winter lingered outside, but laughter filled the room as they raised their glasses, toasting to a year of success and fulfillment in 2026.

The APAC team recently held  an 2026 Kick-off Meeting, paired with a white-water rafting team-building activity. Each member received the book  FISH, and the team engaged in rich discussions around its four principles—strengthening both individual mindsets and collective capabilities for the year ahead.

The Shanghai office was transformed into a playground, featuring various fun challenge games, as everyone celebrated Chinese New Year together with an engaging team-building activity.

The Sichuan team hosted vibrant Spring Festival celebrations in Luzhou and Chengdu, featuring a dazzling lineup of performances—from singing and dancing to skits and lucky draws. Laughter and joy filled the air as colleagues came together to celebrate the New Year in high spirit.

Recently, Beijing Luye held its 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference, honoring 79 outstanding employees and 10 exceptional teams for their remarkable performance in innovation breakthroughs, performance contributions, quality management, and safety production.

Boan Biotech held its 2025 Annual Employee Recognition Ceremony, colleagues gathered to celebrate achievements and hope that the company will reach even greater heights in the new year.

Although the various institutions under Luye Medical are located in different cities, they all held lively annual party events, where everyone prepared wonderful performances to welcome the New Year together.
