Mindfront Health Hosts the First Special Public Welfare Art Exhibition in China,
Focusing on the Inner World of ADHD Patients
On 7th September, Mindfront Health officially kicked off its "I'm Not a Bad Kid" public welfare art exhibition, which is the first art exhibition in China focusing on children and adolescents with ADHD. It not only fills the gap in this field, but it also breaks social prejudices and gives the public a fresh perspective on understanding and caring for this ADHD group.
Dr. Hu Sanhong, Vice President and Chief Psychiatrist of Mindfront Health, said: "In an environment of high pressure and internal competition, children and adolescents with ADHD may face greater difficulties. We hope that through the public welfare art exhibition, more people will understand ADHD and let the glimmer of love and understanding illuminate the growth path of every child. At the exhibition, there are no "bad kids" but only precious souls waiting to be discovered and cherished. We sincerely invite all walks of life to participate in the exhibition, feel the power of art together, let love and understanding spread to every corner that needs it, and warm every heart that longs to be understood."
Mindfront Health Provides Diversified Experience to Help Young People Grow
Recently, Mindfront Shanghai Clinic and iWanna, and International mental health network co-held an event on career exploration for future psychologists. Based on their rich experience, guests including Mindfront Health Consultant Mr. Chen Zhikang, and iWanna speakers Isis and Joyce, answered the doubts of the participants and helped them plan their career direction more clearly. Through experience sharing and interactive communication, this event provided guidance for future psychological practitioners and helped them take a solid step on their career path.
In addition to cultivating business talents, Mindfront Health pays attention to the mental health of adolescents and emphasizes family support. In March this year, Mindfront Health officially became a member of the CEIBS Shanghai Alumni Parent-Child Club and spared no effort to provide professional psychological medical services, and held salon lectures, healing and other activities to help parents and children establish a warm, scientific and strong parent-child relationship.
From August to September, Mindfront Shanghai Clinic held a parent-child drama salon and a free TCM clinic. Under the guidance and encouragement of art therapists and TCM doctors, parents and children fully interacted and truly showed their inner emotions, and the wonderful parent-child time enables the participants to build a closer connection.
The event was wonderful, and the tone of warmth, tolerance, and respect was evident throughout. Bu Dingyi, an art therapist, summarized the event and explained the original purpose: “These activities help parents respect their children's emotions and let them be themselves. Children can develop continuously in the process of moving from family to society through respect, tolerance, and love.”
We Celebrate World Physiotherapy Day and Help You Straighten Up
World Physiotherapy Day, which falls on 8th September, raises awareness about the importance of physiotherapy not just as a reactive practice, but as a preventative measure that can significantly improve long-term physical health. For 2024, the theme is Lower Back Pain (LBP), one of the most common yet debilitating conditions affecting millions of people worldwide.
In China and Australia, our rehabilitation hospitals and sections celebrated the incredible dedication and expertise of their team. By providing spinal health services through a series of workshops, our physio teams help the public to build up healthy spinal protection habits and detect spinal problems at an early stage. For physios and other medical professionals, they also organize trainings to equip the participants with the knowledge and skills in posture analysis and teaching exercise.
Yantai Campus Pampers Fans and Protect Health with Fun Educational Events
During this superhot summer, our colleagues have the same passion as the sunshine: as doctors, they dedicate themselves to curing illnesses and saving lives; as health messengers, they mix education with entertainment to safeguard public health.
A series of activities such as the “KOL Festival” were held in Yantai, attracting many KOLs and an average of 100,000 participants per day, including those who stopped by our Yantai Campus team’s “Health Market” in the most eye-catching "Super KOL’s Interactive Exhibition" area. Look! We had guests from toddler to the white-haired.
Colleagues pampered fans in many ways in one fun-filled activities, combining education with entertainment, and spreading health knowledge to the public. The goal was to encourage everyone to develop healthy habits and enjoy a beautiful life.
Ellium Dental set up a “Seaside Clinic” on the beach, where children followed dentists to learn how to brush their teeth correctly and understand the importance of regular dental checkups. While learning about caring for teeth and playing fun games, the kids also put on uniforms to cosplay dentist.
The "Little TCM" activity was undoubtedly the highlight of the "Parenting and Child Education" series held by Huayi Rehabilitation Hospital. A group of little "Chinese Medicine Apprentices" dressed in traditional Chinese costumes followed TCM experts to identify herbs, select ingredients and make sachets with their parents to explore the beauty of TCM.
The weather is getting colder, but tour enthusiasm stays. Let each of us act and become a messenger of health!
The HIV Drug Resistance Monitoring Innovation Forum Successfully Concluded in Chengdu
From 18th to 20th September, Sichuan Provincial STD and AIDS Prevention and Control Association and Luye Life Sciences Group jointly held the HIV Drug Resistance Monitoring Innovation Forum, covering a wide range of topics related to HIV prevention and treatment.
Experts from the National AIDS Prevention and Control Centre, Southwestern Provincial Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, many AIDS clinical treatment centers in various provinces, STD and AIDS Associations, and corporate representatives presented at the forum to share the developments and opportunities in AIDS prevention and control. By giving lectures and exchanging ideas in roundtable meetings, the speakers’ insights opened a new chapter in the innovation of HIV drug resistance monitoring.
Ella Jiang, CEO of Luye Diagnostics, said: " We are honored to co-host this event with the Sichuan Provincial Association for the Prevention and Control of STDs and AIDS, inviting many heavyweight experts to thoroughly analyze issues related to innovation in HIV drug resistance monitoring, find out innovative solutions to solve the problem of HIV drug resistance, bring inspiration and encouragement to the audience and the industry, and contribute ideas and suggestions for the future improvement of HIV drug resistance monitoring network and monitoring quality, so as to help the industry and the public know about HIV and prevent AIDS, and no longer be afraid them.”
“If not prevented, HIV drug resistance can jeopardize the efficacy of antiretroviral drugs, resulting in increased numbers of HIV infections and HIV-associated morbidity and mortality. Thus, reducing the emergence and spread of HIV drug resistance is a key aspect of the global fight against infectious diseases, and coordinated actions are needed to develop strategies and measures to prevent the occurrence of HIV drug resistance and encourage more innovative technologies to solve public health problems. We always look forward to discussion with interested parties on industry development opportunities,” she added.
