It is the season to show our gratitude to our wonderful nursing staff, doctors and non-clinical teams who are working hard throughout the festive season to support our patients and community. We are so grateful to our wonderful staff across our Aurora Healthcare Australia sites.

 
 

Our hospitals are delighted to celebrate Christmas and New Year with artificial trees to remain cleanliness and avoid allergy issues. To us, an eco-friendly tree that can last at least 15 years is much more viable than an expensive real tree each December – the tree is artificial, but happiness is real! The team also sent electronic greeting messages instead of paper greeting cards to reduce waste. In the new year, let’s be happy and be green!

 

On January 19, Shanghai  Office held a New Year of the Dragon event, the office became a super music field, bringing you a game immersive experience, small partners respectively through the ear to ear, real rich man, happy darts, mahjong push music and double happy five games to get game chips, for happiness, and finally in the exchange center for the Dragon Year gift.

Mindfront Health Cultivates Deep Friendships Through Winter Tea Party

As we entered the new year, Mindfront Shanghai Jingyuan Clinic held winter tea party, with beautiful decorations and lights everywhere, and joy in the air.

 

The Mindfront team showed the guests around the clinic, introducing our business model, and how our professional mental health team work to help those in need.

Willie Ding, Vice President of Operations of Mindfront Health delivered an opening speech with 2023 summary and 2024 prospects. He also gave detailed explanation of Mindfront’s milestones, and its focus on evidence-based treatment system and the multidisciplinary team (MDT) personalized diagnosis and treatment model, which helped the guests to gain a better understanding of both our business and the industry landscape.

In the long-anticipated gift exchange session, guests gathered in front of the gashapon machine and twisted for lucky gifts. In a festival atmosphere, Willie, Clinic General Manager Ye Xiaodan and Medical Business Director Yue Ying expressed their best wishes for the guests.

Later, Wilson Liu, Vice President of Operations, Subject Development Department of Luye Medical Group, and Hu Beini, Group Senior Director of Human Resources joined Willie to draw the grand prize from Christmas stockings. With singing, laughing, all the colleagues and guests took a group photo to end the tea party and 2023.

The Manlang team expressed its gratitude to all the clinical experts who came to the event as well as long-term strategic partners such as enterprises and chambers of commerce. We look forward to diversified cooperation in 2024 to jointly improve the level of comprehensive mental health issues prevention and treatment. Let’s fight mental health together!

 

Luye Diagnostics Annual Meeting Kicks Off a Prosperous New Year of Dragon

 

On 5th January, the motivated and energetic Luye Diagnostics team headed to a resort in the suburbs of Shanghai, spending a fun and fulfilling day in the warm winter sunshine and fresh air to kick off their new year.

The annual OKR meeting in the morning provided eveyrone a platform for focused dialogue, issue investigation, and possible collective action on strategic issues relating to business development and innovation. While each team member wrote down a wish card for 2024, Group Chairperson Liu Aona and CEO Ella Jiang expressed their gratitude to the team for their efforts in 2023 and encouraged everyone to "ride the wind like dragon and start a new journey" in 2024.

The following activities such as “"Caterpillar Race" and “Tower of Hanoi” puzzle solving attracted most attention – the team was fully absorbed in the intense competitions that their expressions became fun "emojis".

It's not a New Year party without food, singing and dancing. During the camping barbecue and bonfire party, everyone enjoyed the food, sang, and danced to welcome the new year. With big smiles on their faces, confidence on their shoulders, and courage in their hearts, they also wish everyone in the big Luye family a happy new year filled with joy, laughter, and success!
