Recently, the team in the United States organized a Christmas party to welcome the New Year together.

For the (GeneLeap Biotechnology and Boan Boston) winter volunteer project, the office adopted 6 children/teens for the Wonderfund Holiday Gift Drive in MA.  The Wonderfund works to provide children involved with the MA Department of Children & Families the opportunities, experiences, and essentials that every child deserves.  They run an annual holiday gift drive for children/teens. 

 

They also organized a Thanksgiving party, where colleagues brought their specialty dishes and tasted global ethnic cuisines , thanking us for having such a diverse team .

 

The Shanghai office organized a Christmas party to share gifts and celebrate employees' birthdays.

Charity Sale Warms Winter Days

With Christmas and the New Year around the corner,  Mindfront Health, Xuan Shang Yi, and Pula Valley, joined forces with the Motherly Love Special Fund of Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation as well as other business partners for a grand charity sale themed "Awakening Gentleness in the Heart - Blessings" at the Shanghai Library on December 23rd.

 

Over the course of two days, the charity sale raised tens of thousands of yuan, all of which will be contributed to the foundation's scholarship program that supports the healthy development and realization of full potential of impoverished students in the western Xizang region.

Mindfront Health: An Explorer with Love at the Forefront

Professional psychologists from Mindfront Health offered those at the event opportunities to experience one-on-one counseling, psychological assessments, mindfulness practice, as well as other activities, addressing issues concerning personal growth, emotional well-being, workplace stress, etc. 

The event witnessed kind hearts being rewarded with happiness as customers giving their love at the sale found themselves on the receiving end of abundant love at the Mindfront booth. 

Mindfront Health has been advancing an interdisciplinary initiative of "art + public welfare".

In 2021, Mindfront Health was one of the organizers of the groundbreaking “body image anxiety” exhibition in Shanghai, the first of its kind in China. This event raised the society’s awareness about eating disorders and provided support to a large number of individuals affected by eating disorders and their families.

In the summer of this year, Mindfront Health held a pioneering exhibition in Xi’an featuring interactive virtual psychological art.  Titled "A Two-way Life - Touching the City's Indifference and Warmth", this event disseminated mental health knowledge by providing visitors an immersive experience. It won the "Best Industry Marketing Award" at the 2023 Digital Marketing Conference and Golden Bull Award Ceremony, outshining over 500 competing cases.

Xuan Shang Yi: TCM Health Products Bring Warmth to Winter Days

Xuan Shang Yi brought its herbal health products to the charitable event on the winter solstice.

Xuan Shang Yi donated its star products such as ginseng-containing tablets, Yiyuan Granules, honey candied fresh ginseng slices, candies containing ginseng and Vitamin C, etc., for the charity sale. Customers were also invited to taste the ginseng tea with four herbs and sour plum drink, both authentic traditional health products in China. Colleagues from Xuan Shang Yi also introduced health preservation theories of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to those stopping by their booth. A cup of Xuan Shang Yi’s hot drink added a touch of warmth to that lovely winter day.

Pula Valley: Lingering Wine Warms the Cold Winter

Winter is coming, a glass of wine is the perfect match for this season.

The snow falls heavily in the vineyard of the North. Pula Valley’s team went to Shanghai for a charity sale with a series of wine, including Egret, Marselan to share with new friends and old friends and enjoy this good moment.
 

Considering that some people came by car, colleagues also "dissuaded" some of them who were interested in trying the wine, and arranged express delivery after the event, which was very considerate.
