Luye Medical Group Co-organized Forum on Rehabilitation for Bone Healing and Australian Rehabilitation Model
Yantai Huayi Rehabilitation Hospital, Aurora Healthcare Australia’s , Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital and Yantai health authorities jointly held a forum themed “Rehabilitation for Bone Healing and Australian Rehabilitation Model” on 23rd July in Shandong International Biotechnology Park. Liu Aona, Executive Chairman of Luye Medical Group, Diao Haipeng, Chairman of Luye Medical (China), and Iris Shi, Vice President of Operations of Luye Medical (China) and President of Luye Medical Yantai Branch and our rehabilitation team representatives from both China and Australia attended the forum.
The forum consisted of keynote speech and round table discussion, aimed at building a platform for focused dialogue, issue investigation, and possible collective action on strategic issues relating to or the integration of rehabilitation for bone healing, creating an industry benchmark for orthopedic rehabilitation and promoting orthopedic rehabilitation research and clinical practice. With the following MDT team skills training and a series of scientific research innovation projects, more patients are likely to receive high-quality healthcare services and improve their quality of life.

Anne Renshaw, Chief Executive Officer of Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital, Aurora Healthcare Australia made a keynote speech to introduce the rehabilitation system in Australia.

NAIDOC Week is an opportunity for all Australians to learn about First Nations cultures and histories and participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living cultures on earth. This year’s theme is about continuing to Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up! for systemic change and to keep rallying for our Indigenous brothers and sisters.
A “Welcome to Country” is a ritual or formal ceremony performed as a land acknowledgement at many events held in Australia, which is performed by Aboriginal Traditional Owners for people visiting their Country and accompanied by traditional soul-cleansing smoking ceremonies, music or dance.
Singapore Team Stretches for Good Posture, Good Health and Good Mood
When we’re on a computer and focus on our work, our shoulders, head, and neck tend to go down and forward, leading to a lot of strain on the neck and back. To address the resulting aches and pains, Singapore office recently conducted a virtual wellness programme themed “Strengthening and Stretch for good posture”.
While the instructor was showing some exercise and explaining the combination of stability, posture and mobility, our colleagues did a simple form of stretching either from their work desk or home office. The instructor also had some tips if anyone wants to practice further.
This is one of the many staff events that helps colleagues to build healthy habits. We believe that a healthy workplace can make employees thrive in their work projects and feel fulfilled while also staying physically and mentally healthy.
